I was back today working with Jake Johnson at Paradyme Productions to record a new play-along book of Taylor Swift songs for Hal Leonard Publishing. Their series of “music minus one” books are pretty cool. They include the sheet music for the violin part and two recordings of each song on a CD. The first recording has the backing tracks complete with the violin solo. The second track has just the backing tracks for the violinist to play along with. It’s a sort of violin karaoke and is fun to use.
